Deep Vercor™ is a 1-5/16-inch deep, 36-inch wide bare deck, with a nested sidelap. This profile is commonly used in retail, government, education, healthcare, and warehouse market segments, and is capable of spans up to ~9 feet.

Welding Vercor™ decks lighter than 22 gage requires weld washers in accordance with AWS D1.3.
